GENERAL TERMS OF RESERVATION
Rentals - Camping |
- Reservations can be made by mail, fax, e-mail or phone but you have to confirm on paper within 72 hours (signed contract and a 30% account of the total amount for rentals and 80,00€ for lots + 28€ non refundable reservation fees)
- After reception of the contract and of the account, a mail or e-mail will confirm your reservation.
- The rental is decided for a fixed and final timeframe. Reservations can only be modified according to our possibilities.
- If you did not suscribe to the cancellation policy, for any cancellation made before May the 1st, only 50% of the total amount will be reimbursed. After the 1st of May, no account will be reimbursed. No discount will be granted in case of delay or early departure.
Arrivals after 3pm on the day of reservation and departures before 10am on the day the rental ends. Arrivals after 2pm and departures before noon for campers. If you happen to arrive late, reception is possible untill 10pm if you warn the reception desk before 8pm. A 300,00€ deposit is required upon arrival for rentals and paid back at the end of the stay (after deduction of possible damage done, a 50,00€ deduction will be made if the housework is not made)
- Water, electricity, gas and swimming pool, playground and activities (depending on the season) access are all included in rental price. All mobil homes and cabins are connected to the sceptic tank network and therefore, the use of bleach is strictly forbidden. Mobils homes and cabins are equipped with a terrace, garden furniture, a dishes kit, a microwave oven, a fridge or a freezer + fridge (depending on the model) and an extinguisher.
- Mobil homes and cabins have a capacity of 4-5-6 or 8 depending on the type, for insurance and security reasons, this capacity is strictly enforced. No additional person will be tolerated (even infants). Only the people written on the contract will be allowed to stay on the campsite. Modifications will remain under the supervision of the direction of the site. Non accompanied under 18 will not be accepted.
- The public-liability insurance is mandatory for all tenants.
- Pets must be hold on leash, never alone, immunization record up to date and presented upon arrival. Dogs (1st and 2nd category) are not allowed as well as dogs over 10kg in accomodations.
- At the swimming pool, swimming trunks (boxer shorts) and bermudas shorts are forbidden, only speedos are allowed, long hair must be kept tied back
- Bottles of gas are changed between 9am and 9pm.
- Visitors must visit the reception desk and pay the entrance fee before entering the campsite. The management can restrict the number of visitors.
- Vehicles can not move on the campsite between 11pm and 7am.
- A sticker will be put on the vehicle, for safety reasons, only one vehicle per slot will be allowed. If the slot has enough room to let a trailer stay, if the management agrees, the additional vehicle fee will be paid.
